So I’m taking it from the very little amount of research I have done, legendary weapons are very hard to create. So are they actually any good in comparison to your standard exotics? Do they have ‘supreme’ stats and damage? And do any of you possess one, and which one!?

Legendary weapons are mostly for the aesthetics rather than the stats. Legendary weapons have stats equivalent to L80 exotics.

They actually do have superior stats. They have 18 more points of damage than an exotic.

False, they have the exactly same stats and damage like an exotic, only the look that is really special.
