Hi. Is there a way to get a legendary weapon without WVW?

So my question is. Can i get mats toa legendary without WVW?

Other than buying a legendary directly from the trading post, no, there’s no way to get one without WvW participation. It’s required for map completion (which gives Gift of the Explorer) and you need 500 badges of honor for Gift of Battle, both of which require WvW. Perhaps the Gift of Battle can be purchased with badges from achievements but you still have to be at rank 14 to buy it.

You can do EotM and get 500 badges easily.
