Legendary effects for 2 at the same time?

Just wanted to ask if anyone has ever experienced this.
So if lets say that I have ‘The moot’ as the main equipment and say ‘Frostfang’ as a sub, which of the legendary effect (foot fall) will I have on my character?

If you put your mind into it, you can accomplish anything.
