Will we ever see the return of legendary effects for abilities such as engineer grenades being fireballs when wielding the predator or confetti while wielding quip?

Yea i saw that but i was looking for an actual response from anet and not a “that sure would be awesome” from the people who can actually do something about it… but you know how they are w.e. Fair enough though wvw is in need of attention
