Lets say i have frostfang legendary and i dont really want power,toughness,vitality for its stats.Is it possible to skin a legendary for diff stats and still keep its legendary status and effects,our is there a differant way to do it.Thanks for any answers regarding this question.

Short answer: Yes. You can skin it and retain the purple “legendary-ness”
Long answer: This may result in problems when they release ascended weapons and legendary weapons get rolled up to ascended stats. Which is why I’m holding off doing this for my bifrost.
