In the wiki → http://wiki.guildwars2.com. Just search legendary and it will guide you with everything you need to acquire. Head start tip: you need to have 100% map completion with at least one character.

So is that where I should start. I yet to have a toon with 100% map completion. Should I work on that 1st before anything else?
