It has been said that Legendary wepons will have thair stats increased. I just got my Dreamer and I am not looking or wanting the stats such as Power/Vatalaty/Armor. Would like something like power/vat/condition or power/precision/crit. I know some 1 can say transmutate it but I am afraid to do so if legendarys have thair original stats increased any my transmutation is form exotic. Would like an answer form game devs.
They’ll have their stats increased to ascended equivalent gear when they come out, so you can probably get an ascended staff with the stats you want and transmute the Dreamer over it. Of course, it means that when they add another tier ABOVE ascended, then you’ll be out of luck, though hopefully that doesn’t happen for at least a year.
