let’s talk about Dwarfs. I havnt seen them discussed since the launch of GW2/ pre-release.

What do we know about them in GW2? What’s their story?

They’re fighting destroyers. If you want their background story then play/read/watch Prophecies and their story arch in EotN.

Weren’t those all turned into stones except Odgen, in order to actiavte Great Dwarf or something to defeat Great Destroyer(Primordous Champion)?

Ogen also turned into stone, the only difference is that he didn’t die in battle.

All dwarves were turned to stone after the Rite of the Great Dwarf (which happened in GW1 Eye of the North). Some were immediately turned to stone and went down into battle against the destroyers. The few who were either elsewhere when the rite happened or who elected to stay behind (like Ogden) were eventually compelled to also become stone. Ogden is supposedly the last dwarf on the surface of Tyria (and possibly the last one alive).

They were all turned into stone, including Ogden, whom you meet up with again in Ep.5 of the current Living Story.
