Guild Wars 2

Patch notes say the WvW tip was moved to lvl 31 but any level can enter, however my friend says his WvW tab is locked until lvl 31. How can he enter?

He can go to Lions Arch. In the south at Fort Mariner there are the portals to WvW.

He should be able to go to the actual portals (I think in LA)
Unless there’s a bug, there are a few of those running around right now.

The UI stays locked until you hit the required level or go through the portal. Same goes for other things that are locked to aid new players ease into the game but can be bypassed.
