The patch notes for the previous patch said:

Updated vendors in the Ascalonian Catacombs and Caudecus’s Manor to sell level 80 versions of their unique skins rather than level 60 and 70. Players who purchased the level 60 and 70 versions will soon be given the opportunity to upgrade those to level 80 without having to use transmutation stones.

Has there been any update to this? I bought the level 60 version before the vendor was updated. How do I upgrade the weapons to level 80?

Another patch today, still no mention of how to upgrade the old version to the new one.

I’d say keep them. Gonna be pretty rare in a few years.=P

So what? They’re soulbound and look exactly the same as the level 80 version.

Two weeks and another patch later, still no mention of this.

Is it going to be included in the Halloween patch?

Can’t be too hard to add a Mystic Forge recipe that simply converts the level 60 version of each weapon / armour piece into the level 80 version, can it?

I might be repeating myself here, but… 2 more patches and… nada.

How is the support ticket you obviously sent in coming along? Don’t tell me you posted here amid thousands of other pointless threads without filing a support ticket about it?

It’s coming along as quickly as the description of how players are supposed to upgrade the items. In other words, it’s been coming along “soon” for over two weeks.

And do you have any useful information about it or did you post here just as an attempt to sound clever?

Nothing wrong with suggesting a player report a ticket if they forgot to or didn’t know to, which you replied that you had already done.
