Level 80 dungeons
Asuming (I left out the other S to avoid being filtered) that you are refering to sub level 80 dungeons, the exclusion is probably a matter of wanting everyone in the group to have a full build in order to speed up the run.
Dungeons are massively easier and faster at 80 so that’s why people tend to wait to do dungeons until then.
Why is it that in dungeons people only want level 80s in them? I have seen this multiple times and I am wanting to know what every else has to say about it.
gear and traits.
Even if you play well. You will probably do less damage than that level 80 in rare who is dead half the time.

This . . . sadly.

Downscaling means a fully built level 80 is going to be far stronger than a comparatively built, say…. level 35, in AC. More flexibility as well.
I mean its better than a fully geared 80 not being downscaled, but yea, their is an obvious stat difference between a downscaled 80 and a player at the dungeons recommended entry level
The cap on stats when downscaled can mean that the bigger difference is traits. Of course not everyone bothers to spend money to ensure that a leveling character is equipped to the greatest degree possible for their level at any given time.
There tends to be more leeway in Story dungeons as they’re not ‘important’, but explorable modes are generally done repeatedly for the tokens and bonus rewards. As a result, people want the run to at least go fairly smoothly. Not everyone particularly wants a full on ‘2 pro 4 u zerk meta 10k+ AP or kicks’ group, but generally having only 80s means that at least everyone will, in theory, not be too bad.
I’ve personally never kicked a sub-80 from an explorable run (assuming they were at least above the recommended level), but I also tend to not care so much about efficiency!
Hope combined with some degree of disillusionment….
I’d rather a group of at level characters that are willing to learn and are receptive to advice rather than a couple of clueless eighties with hero complexes and inappropriate builds. Had plenty of PUG experiences with both, and care to take a bet on which runs go smoother?
As has been suggested elsewhere, just start you’re own LFG, I think you may be surprised by the quality of experienced runners that prefer those groups and will teach/guide the run.

Not only that.I would not take an 80 with me that has less than 1KAP.He/she neither knows their class nor the dungeon.Veterans with new accounts are the exception ofcourse. But they are so rare.
I personally never played my alts in the dungeons while i was leveling. It is a waste of time for the group.I only switched when last boss was at 50% HP.We anyway receive the whole EXP in the end.
