I just noticed that I do not get loot appropriate to my level anymore, if I am being scaled down. If you are level 80 and you are in a level 30 zone playing with friends you get items that are quite useledd to you. Is this a bug? I seem to remember getting loot according to my level before when I was down scaled.

I certainly got some level-appropriate loot yesterday when in a heavily downlevelled area.

You don’t get every drop at your level – most are at the zone’s level, only some are at your level. So if you want to chase loot, you need to be in a zone that matches your level. But if you’re playing downlevelled with friends, you do definitely have a chance of getting usable drops.
