Linux Gaming Revolution Starting?

Just discovered today that Steam has a section completely dedicated to Linux games:

If you are a linux user, do your part to support the linux push on steam. In the future I hope to see my favorite games including GW2 ported over to Linux. Sorry if it isn’t GW2 related directly, but has a lot to do with those of us who are Linux crazy!

Valve has already state that they wish to put more into and possibly even make a massive switch to Linux.

Heck, their console might even run on it.

Although I am not a linux user in a home environment, the only reason I use windows is compatibility.

Linux being even a competitive platform for home use would be the best christmas present ever.
