There seems to be stuff you can get with new coins out of the mystic forge. It tells me to go to Lionguard Lyns at the Grand Piazza, is that Lionguard just coming with the new event?

I combined one of that item from MF NPC and three weapons, got 12 tokens that you have to trade for rewards at an unfindable NPC

Same. Looked everywhere. No sign.
