Guild Wars 2

My question is about the Lions Arch fountains by the mystic forge and the bank that shoot water to each other. I was wondering if it was some sort of clock because the water seems to shoot every second and the tour guide mentions something about having a good “Time”. I have also noticed that 5 minutes prior to the hour,on the hour, and 5 minutes after the hour, the fountains seem to play a tune. Can anyone confirm this? ANET?

I don’t stand around enough in LA to have noticed this, but I’ll check it out some time if I remember. Thanks for pointing this out (and for the lovely Holmes/Watson dialogue)!
