Being able to get the listing fee back when canceling an order defeats its purpose.

Purpose is to encourage sellers to pick a price that’ll sell at whatever “speed” the seller is comfortable with. Of course this can be a problem for the seller if the price suddenly drops significantly from where it was.

The listing fee stops people from using the TP as an infinite personal bank for non bound items so no, you’ll not get your money back.

Be careful what you ask for
ANet may give it to you.
