Loading screen tips
No. They’re harmless as they’re in the upper banner on the screen.
You can block them by blocking the URL:
https://loading-live.ncplatform.net/ws/loadinginfo.json
A simple way is to edit the hosts (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts) file as an administrator, appending a new line:
127.0.0.1 loading-live.ncplatform.net
You may also need to clear GW2’s browser cache (all gw2cache folders under %temp%)

They were added in the recent patch.
I kinda like them, I have learned a couple of keyboard shortcuts I found useful.
I wish they were there sooner. It’s also an opportunity to get people into underutilized areas of the game, like dungeons. If anet were so inclined.

They were announced in the patch notes of a update previously, 2 or 3 (or more) back. But, they didn’t seem to show up until this ‘Quarterly’ update.
I like them. Saw some stuff I missed in the patch notes, or weren’t included in the patch notes.
