Lodestones not Charged
Bolt and Mjolnir are sought after skins, it is not as if others don’t use those lodestones, it is that they are part of skins people aren’t as interested in, or weapons that aren’t used as much, or sigils that aren’t as strong. etc.
Charged Lodestones also drop FAR less than the others. So there’s that. As far as I know, though, no new recipes have needed lodestones of any kind really.

Crystal lodestones are 35s each, glacial lodestones are 43s each, corrupted lodestones are 72s each, destroyer lodestones are 72s each and charged lodestones are 2g 87s each. Those recipes were also added like 2 months after the game came out(I think? At least the weapons were).
I don’t understand the purpose of your reply.

Its purpose was to show you some of the many recipes that have been introduced after launch that need lodestones apart from charged ones.
Bloin – Running around, tagging Keeps, getting whack on Scoobie Snacks.
Glacial stones used to be valuable when people wanted corrupted weapons. Then people figured out how to farm the Claw adds, the weapons fell out of vogue and the prices plummeted.
Charged are just plain hard to get and Anet, in their infinite “generosity” decided to lock several amazing skins behind absurd amounts of them.
Most of the other weapons that use lodestones don’t need nearly as many as the charged weapons do.
It’s the same reason Giant Eye’s are so kitten expensive.

Guessing their gonna be all equally fixed in hot
With the amount of great things made from charged lodes they would have to increase drop rate and lower the amount required to make any change to the price.
Every weapon create from charged lodestones looks super nice (sunrise, meteorlogicus, bolt, mjolnir, foefire weps, dwayna, light of dwayna) and the most popular rune, rune of the scholar also takes charged lodes.
With such a low drop rate and a high demand no wonder they’re at 3g a pop. However, i don’t advocate making any change. I think even with the cost of charged lodes, these skins are at the right prices for their looks. foefire weps are at around 500g, the legendaries are at around 3000g. This seems right considering the looks and effects of the weapons. if they changed it, legendaries price woudnt change so much, but foefire ones would go down to around 200g which doesnt make sense considering how they stand out.

The Corrupted weapons use Corrupted Lodestones not Glacial. There would probably be even higher demand for Corrupted if the drop rate for the claw fragment wasn’t so low.
Maybe I haven’t played enough MMOs, but the ones I have played all had certain items that were in higher demand due to the popularity of the items they made and were a bit more expensive. I think supply and demand are definitely relevant factors in item prices within MMOs, and complaining about the price seems kind of… well… silly.
What is the OP looking for in a solution anyway? More recipes that use other lodestones? Equal prices for all lodestones because…? I like the idea of more recipes being added that utilize a variety of lesser-used materials, but I don’t quite feel the need for lodestones to be more equal in terms of price. These are my opinions anyway.
Let me guess the OP’s next thread he’s going to start.
Odds are on… Why are silver doubloons so expensive and hard to get.
