Logical Race/Profession Combos
You list looks good. But I would keep necro with humans and add Ranger to charr. I would also add Guardian to norn.

Recently I have been trying to think of which professions fit the most with which race. Like a warrior matches with a norn more than an asura. I was wondering what do you think would fit each race the most. My thoughts on this would be…
Humans: Guardian, Elementalist, Thief, pretty much any except for necromancer
Norn: Warrior, Mesmer, Ranger
Charr: Warrior, Engineer
Asura: Elementalist, Necromancer, Mesmer, Engineer
Sylvari: Ranger, NecromancerWhat are your opinions on this and what would you choose for each race?
Human Necromancers still make sense: As followers of Grenth
Charr Thieves work also: Ash Legion
Norn Elementalist: Yes, as shamans
Sylvari: Pretty much anything, because every bit of knowledge goes back to the Pale Tree
That’s as much as I can specify why
Charr – Blood Legion – Warrior
Charr – Ash Legion – Thief
Charr – Iron Legion – Engineer
Norn – Warrior (vikings)
Sylvari – Hunter (because plants and nature and stuff)
Human – probably anyone could fit.
The rest aren’t really that clear cut. So you call the elementalist a shaman in the case of the Norn, the engineer because some sort of golemancer / engineer hybrid.
