Guild Wars 2

I know the generic arguments for & against this but right now standing in front of a Dungeon yelling LFG or LFP ain’t fun. It wasn’t fun in Wow, SWOTOR, EQ2, AoC or EQ or the dozen or so MMo’s that tried this Nostalgic at best setup. And it still isn’t fun now.

I know all the arguments, to an fro but i’m sorry its 2012. We have things to do. So we want to get in, do our thing & like it or hate it, Group Finders like the one in Rift or other popular games WORK, because it lets player’s enjoy the game.

I remember the good old days too. & Joining one of the 200 man uber guilds is not very viable because if there is any communication at all they pic an choose who can go based on gear an guess where all the good gear is? …IN THE DUNGEON THAT I CANT GET INTO CAUSE I’M STANDING IN FRONT OF A DUNGEON YELLING LFG. I do not want to even get into the frustration that is present in off hours & if you have to do story mode good luck with that your wait time may double.

Consider me a card carrying member of the silent majority… I don’t post often & chances are no time in the near future unless this thread garners some ligitmate conversation. What ever your eternal number are … there wrong. Swallow your pride and Get to work on a better system then the Icon that you have now by pressing Y. Better yet go home tonight buy a real copy of the game or use a name that none of us players know as one of your alts, walk to the dungeons yourself an look around. A lot of us players are experiencing the same frustrations that I’m feeling with this aspect of the game & there really is no good reason for it. It is terribly frustrating.

Thank you for listening thank you for reading this. Trust me I understand that the devs are under the heat lamp right now with launch but As someone coming from Rift an a few other modern MMo’s. I believe this was an oversight & I’m wondering how long it will be before you guys actually address this in some official manor.
