Lost Shores - Event
They said something like that they are sorry for the issues during the event. But I dont want sorry. Damage is done. I just want to make sure that me and thousands of other ppl who suffered by this poor event execution are properly rewarded AND as much importantly some assurance by ANet that this will not happen again, or they wont see me participating in any other big event.
My free time is too dear to me.
10 days passed, no word
the last email i had from support said “early next week” before we hear something,
it is now wednesday, pretty much as late in the “early week” as you can get,
still nothing.
i sent another request for information via my ticket and continue to wait for their decision…

it would just be nice if information was faster than 10 Days.
We are patient. But knowing we have lost our luck for a precursor is frustrating. I mean, come on.. some trial-account players got 2 precursors from one chest.
