ANet staff have a lot of flaws when it comes to how they deal with communication and community relations, but GW2’s customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced in any MMO in over 15 years

Seeing as your first post about it was 3/2 and then avereging 1 each day I find it hard to belive you waited from late Dec all the way up to feb before starting to post about it.
But nice that it sorted and your back in game mate
Perhaps, you could have your post moved over to Account Issues, where those of a CS-related position are more likely to see it. =)
