If it’s just a general question it may take up to a week or more is it would be low priority to actual issues that need to be delt with. There are also problems with some email hosts.

I am not sure anyone answers mail except those sent to support or maybe the forum address. I’ve never heard of anyone using that address, so you might try CS, if you truly want an answer.

1) Last Thursday (28th) was Thanksgiving in the USA. This is a national holiday so usually only essential staff would be working. The people who handle things like the privacy policy are also unlikely to work on weekends as they wouldn’t do anything that needs to be done urgently. Which means they might not even have seen your email until Monday.

2) Unless it’s a stupid question with an obvious answer (which I assume it isn’t) it might not be something they can answer quickly, because they might have to check with several different people. Especially if you’re asking for an exception or a change in one of their policies.

You could always contact Support and ask them to check, but I don’t think it would be unreasonable to wait longer for a reply.

Thank you!) I completely forgot about Thanksgiving. I am ready to wait, but I sent two emails and didn’t receive any confirmation (auto-reply) about that and it worries me a little. I don’t know anyone got these emails or not… And I don’t know where I can get any information about that.
