anyone know of any better looking heavy armor skins other than the plain old chain mail arranged in different patterns, that seems to be all i can find, on the Trade market and what not?

Even the level 30 human racial stuff doesn’t look that great,

so you`re lvl 30 then? how did you miss the Kessex Hills karma armor? they look amazing with the Pit Fighter armor skin

also at lvl 35 you can have crafted Gladiator armor that`s decent and very non-chain mail.

edit: nevermind, It might look bad on female, but then again, all armors look bad on female

I’m going to second the notion of the lvl 35 rare set. It gets old quick, and sadly, that skin is used on the 50, 65, and 80 rare sets, so you may see it for a while.

That being said, you should be close to getting out of chain and into scale sets… I want to say the scale sets start coming in aruond lvl 40?

The 20ish karma (pit fighter skin) sets are nice on a female. The skirt is good on a human, really blouses out on a norn. The HOM set is what I used prior to that. clank clank clank. It comes with a sound effect lol.

Human Cultural armor is dreadful. Just… dreadful.

I like Banded and Splint.

Not sure what the lowest level for those are though.

There is an armor type that’s available at lvl 35 for AC tokens…. I went and looked at the Rare (not exotic) armor that you can get for dungeon tokens and all dungeons share the same skin for the Rare armor, not sure if the skin lines up with a skin that’s available elsewhere, but it’s out there.

You could always transmute higher lvl gear of the tp.
