I’m currently level 37, I was wondering if I went to another starter zone and did all those quests there would I get decent experience?

And if I get 100% in that zone would the rewards scale to my level or for the zone level range?

From what i remember of completing some lower level zones at 80 the reward chest for map completion does not scale to your level.

The money from doing heart renowns doesn’t scale, not sure about karma and xp. The rewards from dynamic events all scale unless you’re below the event’s level then it’s based on the event’s level.

Zone completion rewards are zone/map appropriate. You get Tier 1 crafting materials from the starter zones. I find the experience is decent, but you will get better XP from zones at level or above.

It is absolutely viable. Some loot items will be scaled up to your level and some will stay at the zone level but experience and karma will be fine. You might as well follow the personal story though, complete zones at your level, and have access to heart vendors at your level.

I leveled my first few characters by hitting all the low level zones first and completing each zone for the 100% reward. You open all the low level world boss WP’s this way. Then move on to all the second tier zones. Mid level crafting mats will be a good income while leveling in the low mid to mid level zones.

I suggest doing all the lower lvl zones in the starting areas if you are clearing maps simply because it will help you level and be at the appropriate or above lvl for the higher maps when you reach them.

Also you will earn plenty of skill points from all the SP spots which will help you access the more powerful and elite skills faster than simply from pure level ups.

The exp for map complete does scale to your level too so again it’s well worth doing if you plan to clear up maps later on anyway.

Since when did this business of being a hero become being a business?

You get more XP from doing content of your own level or higher, but lower-level zones might have more neglected mobs which award tons of bonus XP. 100% Completion of low-level zones doesn’t give much of a reward, but is relatively easy to do.

Lvl 30 in starter zone is a killer. You need to be carefull sometimes to not drag big numbers on you. But with my warrior on 37 lvl i can kill about 10 mobs without using heal skill.
So starter zones are great for leveling. You will get aprox 10 lvls every starter zone. So you will be on level 50 after completing them all. And trust me, they are really fast. You can do queensdale in 2 hours.
