Hay, so here’s my sad story, got Lil wasted not to long ago and deleted my main, along with a few gold, tier 1 cultural and my mad king books, yes I cried after I work up the next morning, but have rerolled as a charr guardian , only lvl 15 now and wandering if I’ll still beable to get in on this event, or is it only for the 80 caps

The Lost Shores event content is scalable, just like the Halloween content was, so you should be fine.
