Lunar New Year firework bonusses

I have been looking but could not find an answer. So the question is the firework from the Lunar New Year have bonusses, are these bonusses available during the hole year. Or only when Lunar New Year Festival is running.
the exp bonus is year round but the bonus magic find is only during the lunar new year so roughly 1-2weeks
The fireworks are great for leveling up year round since they give bonus experience for everything you do pretty much. Very useful.

I see this on the consumables, there it states “+xx% Magic Find during Lunar New Year”. But dont see this on the fireworks.

You are correct I mixed them together since it dont say anything it works year round.
