Guild Wars 2

My human male characters say this every so often. For no apparent reason. In combat, out of combat, or idle. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Is it a bug? If so, could a moderator please move this to the bugs forum?

It is happening to my human chars as well, and I don’t even equip it.

It’s a bug, kept hearing random voices even before HoT.

For me, that is the only random in-game voice that I hear.(and it started some time during the HoT/Halloween updates) Yours may be a different issue.

So I’m not going crazy after all.

Now I notice that my rangers will randomly do the pet whistle as well. Thank the 6 it isn’t the stupid pokemon thing.

Only since HoT update.

Sounds an awful lot like the bug about 6-7 months ago where random shouts were happening all the time, male and female.

Schizophrenia mode activate!

I noticed this also. It is only since the expansion dropped, and unlike the bug several months back, it is only the “Lyssa confound you” line.

“May Lyssa confound you!”, yes I hear this from my human character too. I also heard “May Dwayna bless you.” when I walked past someone, not sure if it was me, or the person, have no idea why our characters are saying this…

This happens to my characters, too. Maybe they’ll get around to fixing it in a coupla years.

it probably has to do with a hidden buff used for tracking some effect or another

Do you have signet of inspiration or PU trait on? You say stuff sometimes when you get the buffs every few seconds.
