Is it just me or has anyone else found themselves staring at Lyssa’s statue in Divinity’s Reach for more than a few seconds?

Well, we don’t want ArenaNet have to change these statues because ‘someone’ died of thirst because he was staring at two stone beauties. So please, hold yourself, be smart and drink and eat! It’s not cool to be in the news like that, but to be honest, I never saw those in Divinity’s Reach, most likely I don’t come around the place that much or just simply didn’t see it because of my low/medium graphics settings. I did mention them in the art work of Kessex Hills where I literally hated it that it didn’t appear in the game itself, like it does on the art work.

Apparently the original lore of Lyssa somewhere in GW1 said one glance at her would drive a man into a total state of trance, implying they would be too mesmerized to eat.

Though I think before any dying from starvation, it would fall off from being fondled too much.

Don’t most npcs like her get a randomised appearance different on each server?

Lyss and Lyssa are the gods of beauty watter and illusan so ya many men have dyed from her beauty but unfortunatly some men like malcore got sucked up by dwanyas beauty somehow. but yes even i think their both hot what can i say hot twin gods man……………………….sorry what i got distracted by lyss and lyssa

haha! went around the statue a couple of times to catch a glimpse of the other twin’s face. no luck as it’s covered by the sculpture artwork. I spent around a minute or two admiring her…. which in GW time should translate to a few hours

I always wondered if the face on that statute is one of the male devs. Because that would be hysterical. The concept art doesn’t show it but if you go to the actual statute and look closely at the face, you will want to pull and Ace Ventura finckle and einhorn. If it is legit. and not a joke, I apologize to the dev who worked on the art. It looks manly I don’t know what else to say. :p

lol I remember one of the Pact Soldiers guarding the Dwayna statue say he couldn’t understand why people found her hot.
He liked more stout women and didn’t believe in the gods, but I love little moments like that in game.

Somewhere out there are worshippers in Kryta that probably think someone like Grenth is dreamy, heck with this forum there’s probably a few posters as well.

You’re right, the in-game statue is not true to the concept art posted here.
