Every time I reach the top of the tower, I get to the part where I have to jump through the broken clock face, and when I jump through it, the loading screen shows up, but rather than sending me into the reward room, it sends me back to the start of the JP.

Oh wow that must be infuriating. Have you tried doing it with a different character?

It works but it is a bit harder now to get in to that crack. Timing must be perfect.

I did it yesterday with no problem

leave the instance and go back in. fixed it for me

If your ping is highish, try jumping a little bit earlier than you have been.

If it isn’t… try it anyway?

Yeah my brother was furious for about an hour because every time he jumped into the clock face he’d hit the face instead of going inside.
Me, personally, haven’t done it yet.
