Has anyone found a way to transmute Mad Memories to an account bound back piece? I want to delete the character that has the Mad Memories back slot attached to it, but so far I’ve been unsuccessful in transmuting it to anything. Any suggestions would be so welcomed.

Try a low-level white…if that doesn’t make it account bound, then it’s going to remain souldbound forever…

You may need to buy a backpack set that comes with a white back piece. For example (Tiger Charr Backpack Set) Then transmute it onto the leather back strap that comes with it.

You need an account bound white(or blue) back slot item.
As far as I know this is the only one in game http://www.gw2db.com/items/73930-rawhide-leather-strap

You can get one by buying one of the Backpack Set items on the TP(you could also gamble for one with Black Lion Keys but that wouldn’t make much sense). Once you unpack the Set item you should have 1 skin item and one linked above. If you resell the cover item it will only cost you around 78silvers.
