Guild Wars 2

I have an ascended necklace with magic find with a magic find infusion. When I am given the option to change the stats on the necklace it looks like the infusion will just disappear. Does anyone know if I get compensation for the laurels I spent on the infusion or does it just disappear?

I have an Triket with infusion too. So, I’ll waitn for an response, could like to don’t lose my infusion =)

I picked my lotus’ stats.

The infusion remained. Worry not.

Thanks Chickenshoes, just did this. I got nervous when it showed the new stats and no infusion

I only went ahead and did it since I’ve linked my ascended items in the past and it didn’t show the infusion then either.

I’m super cautious too, I looked up each prefix to be absolutely sure what it did rather than check on the item itself because I heard of people accidentally confirming after selecting a prefix on the dropdown list.
