So what if when you used your skill bar efficiently, such as when you use a finisher combined with another players… err whats that called.. When you do a successful combination attack with another player, you get a temporary magic find buff? 5 minutes of +10% or something. And I don’t mean shooting an arrow through an eles ring of fire. hmm.. maybe someone who actually knows how the skills work together should have wrote this post…

hitting 1 repeatedly == no mf boost on kill
doing what ever those 2 guys did, to kill me in 3 seconds in wvw causes MF% buff

make sense?

Sort of….. Not sure how they could make that work well but an interesting idea.

10% mf is nothing you will ever notice. I have been running 300%+ for months. MF has been toned down recently since the account bound change but they won’t tell you that. When it first changed I rushed to 300%, would get 20-30 rares a night in wvw. Now lucky to get 1 or 2 a night.

So long story short mf is not worth so just ignore it.

mf is not worth what?

Its a carrot, that is all, I just thought we could use the carrot to get people to play better, not just as a garbage disposal system for worthless green and blue drops.

This is a good idea, very similar to what Wildstar has implemented rewarding the player through combat skill.

Not a too bad idea. Just that probably >50% of the Combos aren’t intentional.

So I duno how it could be implemented in fights then again I’m not creative.

And then people will start throwing everything they have, overlaying fire fields which were laid for Might by the smart people.

I would lean towards individual performance combat play, to deter zerg mentality & afk leaching participation.
