I get it, you gotta do it but, do you think you could maybe add a disclaimer like “were working on Divinity’s Reach atm so please move your characters out until we are done”.
I’m not overly happy that everyone of my toons with the exception of 1 are in DR and I cannot access any of them except the one low level that is outside of DR.

Pretty kitten right now considering I just found people to do the dungeon I’ve been trying to get in on all week and now can’t access a single 80. My patience with Anet is wearing extremely thin.

Yeahs thats lame, also the time choice to do this is just stupid why not wait till the middle of the night when numbers are low anyways.

And which middle of the night are we talking about.. yours, mine, Joes Bloggs over in timbucktwo….

Maintenance exists in any MMO and whenever it gets performed, someone will feel they are the only ones playing, there is only one global time zone and that they are being victimised.

Of course ANET could just say were not bothering with maintenance anymore, good luck everyone, enjoy.. then when your game begins to behave badly, lag becomes unplayable and events, dungeons, heck whole maps begin to degrade.. I would hazard the OP and you will be the first two in line on these forums to share your utter disdane for ANET for running such a poorly maintained game.

Maybe get off your PC chairs, open the curtains, take a walk outside your bedrooms and take in some fresh air… then you might notice the sky is’nt falling and real life is still going on – then come back in an hour or so (if you can survive that long without GW2) and continue on your journeys through Tyria, happy in the knowledge that something might of been fixed for you and everyone else while you were away.

Yeah i am, its possibe they picked the low volume time to do this according to their logs but it seems like later in the night would have been a better option.

Guy in NY says it was middle of the night, guy in germany says it was mid flippen morgen, guy in australia is wondering why 2 people are calling lunch time midnight and midday.
