Make Precision/Ferocity affect Condition Dmg
The question then becomes how does a condition crit? is it fair that we can block a critical hit from a thief, or shatter from a mes, you cant block a critical condition? conditions already ignore armor, giving them the ability to crit would make it so they not longer do equal damage over time, will bleeding have a higher crit chance then burning? or maybe will regen crit and heal us 1 tick more??
The ability for crits to happen in conditions would totally change the game and force Anet to re balance everything again.
Just merge everything into one stat and be done with it. All of the internets to someone who comes up with a good name for this one stat.

It can be named “entitlement”.
All they have to do is rebalance condition damage which there in the process of doing already, then ferocity and precision can affect condition damage as well.
and as for how a condition crits: it crits like normal power damage does and just as a block or and evade negates a hit and crit from a power based attack, block and evade can also negate an application of a condition…
they can also make toughness reduce the damage received from condition damage.

there are a lot of traits to apply conditions on crit, so it does already scale somewhat with precision.
What its lacking is a scaling with ferocity. If ferocity increased condition duration, i think that could work.
