Manifesto: Make Boss spawns truly RANDOM
Because there will be no one around to do them then, rewards suck enough as it is, running around forever to check on spawns to get a few rares would mean no one would bother.
The bosses have always been on a static timer. They have never been truly random.
Because people dislike having no idea when a certain thing happens and as such might never be able to do it?
It is also the case of having something truly random (which is impossible btw) could very well make it impossible to complete, due to too little people being in the area when it spawns.

Random isn’t fun for people that only get to play for a few minutes, plus those boss fights would be empty if they were random especially during non-primetime hours.

The random-boss ship sailed away long ago after:
Ascended crafting required defeating them. Random world boss spawns was a garbage idea for generating dragonite ore.
Megaserver. All the shards have to be sync’d for it to make sense, now. So… yeah, bosses can stay more or less as they are. What needs to happen is more concurrent boss spawns, so that players have a choice of where to go and the zerg can get split a bit more.
