So what get 100% map without touching waypoints?

No, he’s saying get 100% map completion with the waypoint by the bank in Lion’s Arch being the last thing you get.

Are going with the honor system or shall we have screen shots of the world map as we complete each zone and post the album at completion?

Even my lowest level character has that wp, lol. I’ll keep watching to see if anyone can do it though

A better challenge would be to get 100% map completion without being level 80. May not be possible anymore with the account bonuses.

Hardcore Mode: Do it with all of the icons turned off.

It’s not hard, since you can never actually use bank in LA and TP here (Norn start zone anyway have things more close to WP anyway). You also don’t need mystic forge for it, and you can do activities on your alts. Problem solved.

Definitely this. If you want it to be really challenging, make it so that you can’t port around to each starting area.

Impossible due to the vista above said waypoint.

The gate point plaza waypoint would be doable though, but still not that hard.

I have 97% but am having trouble with some of the impossible Vistas can someone please tell me how to jump from Spike to Spike with no room to land on a Vista like Drowned Brine Vista? what idiot make that vista?

Here’s the tip from the wiki, maybe it will help?

‘Swim out to sea towards the vista symbol and climb onto the ramp that the broken half-submerged circle makes. The second to last rock has 8 pillars on it. Jump on them in ascending order (skip the ones that are obviously too short). Jump from rock to rock until you get to the rock with the vista on it. (there should be an Orrian Chest on the rock) On the final rock, jump on the 6-o’clock pillar, then the 4-o’clock, then the 9-o’clock, and finally the 12-o’clock pillars in that order.

If the third pillar is too hard for you to jump on, you can try to jump on the the rock beneath the pillar. From there get onto the shorter pillar most people would skip in the third pair of pillars. This pillar is high enough to get you past the difficult jump and get the vista.’

That’s easy.

Rata Sum is way better as a hub anyways.

The hardest part would be not going there without thinking.

Not getting the one next to the Grand Piazza would be harder.

Just avoid LA altogether. I bet it can be done.

I’d take your challenge, but I’d have to start a new character. XD It may be awhile.

I’m pretty sure this is impossible. I have all 8 chars at 100% world and I got them all there from lvl 1 completing 1 map per day. I didn’t farm any levels or events just did any that came as I went along. Just doing this and the 1 map a day I was always easily lvl 80 only 10ish maps out of the 25 (not counting the cities) done that you have to complete.

You must have skipped pretty much ALL combat and ALL events. Either way I’m pretty sure it’s impossible. Remember it’s not just hearts, POI’s and vistas that give exp, just opening up certain new areas of the map gives a huge chunk of exp, then there’s the map complete as well.
