Can someone explain to me how I can make exotic equipment with marauder stats?

I want to make a longbow.

Recipe for Marauder insignias and inscriptions can be bought from the craftsman guy that sells vanilla recipes too

I’m not the best crafter.

What are the four items I will need (if you know them)?

this is craft 101… c’mon it’s ok to ask for help but you gotta at least try.
