The back pieces are still missing change recipes that the armor got. Thats really all it would need.

Hmm? I never said it was a ridiculous request. I offered a fairly simple solution for the OP’s problem.

I would like to have a recipe to change the stats of Mawdrey.
Getting Mawdrey is a long process and I do not want to do it a second time, but I think to go from zerker to hybrid with my thief so I need different stats.
Therefore a recipe for Mawdrey II would be very useful.
If you’re going hybrid, it just means you can keep mawdrey with zerker stats so you can switch out something else more easily. Additionally, EVEN IF Anet was going to add in more Forge recipes like they did for armor and weapons for trinkets, it may take a month or longer for it to happen, as weapons and armor are, in a simplified manner, very easy to get done. Trinkets, however, are not. Do they stay infused? Do they stay the same infusion type? Is it all random? What if it’s an ascended backpiece with a limited stat selection? Do you get an entirely different backpiece out of it if you’re converting to stats it didnt originally have?
