SLIPPERS!!!!!! I saw this after I did the survey… How can I add this awesome idea.
The idea of charr slippers started (I think) with a comment I made at a fan event back in 2004 or 2005. And darned if a wonderful community member named Purple Llama didn’t make me a personalize set (which I treasure to this day)! The slippers are awesome — so awesome I don’t really wear them I keep going back to the concept as a wonderful idea, and something that would be uniquely GW/GW2.
But having said that, I don’t have a clue how easily they could be mass-produced, nor how much the asking price would need to be.

Think they mean CD + digital as a combined option, in the same way vinyl and digital (i think) was an option. I suspect it wasn’t offered since it easier to convert cds to digital for most people than it is vinyl

Yep, and the Gem Store Suggestion thread was and continues to be very helpful. I guess the idea was to condense and refine player input from that thread into a poll, so it was more focused and offered selected ideas for community members to highlight as something they desire.

I appreciated the artworks section as there is nowhere near enough artwork available for purchase. Why, though, does the artwork section have Check one only when all the others have Check all that apply?
Also I adore Landscape artwork, such as the Eye of the North print that came with the game. Please have more of those at affordable prices!
My vote also goes to more statues like Rytlock or Elder Dragons of this size.

The survey asks “What would you like the opportunity to buy?” This in directed only towards those who potentially are interested in GW2-related merch and might like to have a voice in what we offer in the future.
Hats. Lot and lots of hats. Charr hats, sylvari hats, asura hats, norn hats, human hats, skritt hats, golem hats, inquest hats, mordrem hats, hyleck hats, etc. just a lot of hats.
I wonder what would be available eventually.
The GuildWars(2) universe is the first one that I really enjoy. I’ve been resistant to all hypes and franchises (except for Tomb Raider 2-5). Blizzard, Final Fantasy, StarWars, almost all GTAs,.. But seriously, this one’s great. Having something at home to display that “love” towards the game’s world/lore/art would just be great. I still hope there will be statues or print media.

My characters printed on a color 3D printer and logo items with images of my characters. It’s all about me.
This is a great idea. Imagine how popular it would be if Anet was at PAX Prime and you could get a 3d printout of your character.
I was going to suggest this. Although I’d rather it wasn’t done at a convention. That means it’s only available to people who can attend conventions where Anet have a stand (which happens maybe once every couple of years in Europe, and never anywhere else outside of the USA).
But also I saw a stand doing 3D printed figures of people in cosplay at MCM Comic Con in London today and they were pretty low quality, with very little detail and only a limited range of matte colours. I’m not sure it’s because they were making them at the con but it wouldn’t surprise me if they were more restricted in what they could produce because of having to do it quickly in a ‘portable’ set-up.
If I was going to get a 3D printed figure of one of my characters I’d much rather wait longer to get it and end up with a higher quality product. I’d also like time to plan in advance so I could pick the perfect outfit for them to be wearing at the time.

I want a dominator axe replica to chop wood with. As well I want a life size charr-like garden gnome to scare people away too for a statue.
As well to be the coolest kid on the block I also want a replica of SMC from EBG. With customization option to be able to make the walls taller incase people try to portal into my backyard.
My favorite merchandise tie-ins have always been ones that look like they came from ‘in-universe’. For example, I’d love a mug with the Durmand Priory logo, but not the GW2 logo (except on the bottom, in trademark-y stuff, of course). Sorta like it’d be sitting on the desk of a researcher. Similar stuff for any of the faction logos (including Seraph, Legions, Consortium, what have you.)
Oh, and I’m definitely down with maps. Particularly if they’re on heavy, high quality paper. As a suggestion, old-timey/sepia theme would look cool.

Beach towels would be cool, with my continuing caveat that they be of good quality. In the search for a new towel to wrap my hair after washing it (I have very long hair so my needs are specific) I purchased an Art Deco style Leia slave outfit poster beach towel. It looked great. As a wall hanging tapestry. As a towel it sucked. It was made of two layers: cheap white terry with loose loops on one side, the image on the other side stitched to it at the edges, and the washing instructions were to wash cold and hang dry. Seriously, a towel that can’t go in the dryer?
So please as you design the merchandise, keep durability and usefulness in mind. I mentioned above how my iam8bit mesmer tee faded in two washes to a faint mottling. Whereas I have some SwagDog WoW tees with personalized guild info on them that I bought something like 10 years ago and as they were my fave tees for a long time, they got washed a lot and even now the designs are perfectly clear.
@Silver Willow: Excellent point. I find myself drawn to GoT merchandise that looks like objects used in the show. There are likely a number of useful in-game items that would look great RL.

I would love class necklaces. Not girly, but cool ones made out of stainless steel or something hardy. Like the picture below (Yay Rangers).
Also, I use a canvas sling bag instead of a purse. So if you guys ever came out with canvas bags with the logo, I would definitely buy that!
I saw the option for wall decals, I would love that idea. To put a big one behind the couch wall or something. GW2 art is beautiful, I can only guess it would turn out great.
Most importantly, Please sell the cookbook from April Fools!!

Like a blind bag? I think that’d be cool and main characters in the story could be rares while common mobs like the Mordrem Stalkers could be common.
(Unless that already exists. But just about any plushie related to the creatures of GW2 would be nice.)
