It’s just the regular fire elementals that you find out in various parts of Tyria. You can get it at the same time as Flame’s Passion since embers spawn during that event and in the area of that event when it is not up.
is anyone else having trouble with this? done the fire elemental boss in ascalon, and the fire elemental world boss 5 times today, none have dropped this item. is it just a normal drop or am i doing something wrong?
