As far as I know, it was a China-only special miniature. We may never get it.
@Swish: Tomorrow’s feature batch is including a lot of features that were placed in China’s release version, and is only now getting to us. From rewards for leveling to improved PS rewards and united guild chapters, content direction system, and more. The trait system we got in April was also from China, but I guess they needed more time for the rest of it.
Hopefully, they won’t ever bring the VIP stuff over to NA/EU. That was a terrible choice even for China, imo.
