In GW1 some mini pets were the most valueable item you could get your hands on.. just wondering if Anet will ever make them non-account bound or will they forever remain account bound?

There are minis for sale on the Black Lion, so they can’t all be account bound.

Most minis aren’t account bound actually.

The orangey named ones are. Well, maybe not all of them, but the risen priest of baltha is, for example, and every special event ones too.

Every mini I have ever gotten are account bound and I have a few.

The ones bought from the cash shop as “special” pets are account bound. The 3 pack minis, which number far more than the special pets, are all free to trade.

Just type in mini in a search in the Marketplace and see for yourself.

The special minis don’t count toward the minipet achievement btw.

The karka, karka hatchling ,reef drake and molten firestorm are special mini but they can be traded.
The risen priest if balthazar is a normal mini but it cannot be traded.
