I’m an avid collector of minis, but I haven’t bought miniature spooky trio during Halloween event because i didn’t have opportunity to do it. So I’m wondering if it will be possible again… Please give suggestions.

You can’t get them now, but maybe they will be added back in the store next Halloween. We don’t know that yet.

I really hope that this will happen, because I collect minis too but I couldn’t play during Halloween so wasn’t able to get them either, and they are not tradeable! Please ArenaNet PLEASE put these back in the gem store next year!
