Major get forged 9 out of 10 times and
Sups get merched or TP-ed depending on value.
The fact you get more is cause the basic kits have gotten a larger chance of recovering upgrades.

You dont need to learn recipes to use the forge. Just take 4 minor or mayor runes or sigils and throw them in the forge.

I’m getting loads of Minor Sigils and Minor Runes. Do folks generally just merch ’em?
merchant yes. The market is so flooded that in most cases vendor gives more simply bc of tp costs, and the ones that might yield a few copper profit are still not worth posting just because the seconds you spend doing that you could be making real money.
Yeah, I’ve been throwing them into the forge which mostly seems to be a process of converting 4 almost worthless minor sigils into one shiny new almost worthless minor sigil. A few times I got a major sigil out of it which gave me a brief moment of excitement before I realised that it, too, was almost worthless. So merch it is for the greenies. I’ll continue to save the majors for the forge.
