So totally had those little horns that they gave out during the first halloween and i am looking everywhere for them and I cannot find them. Also I bought a broom which I also cannot find anywhere T.T

Could someone help me out?

You need to visit the Black Lion Armorsmith in any of the major cities. I recommend doing this with all of your characters so that you get everything back.

Like an the crafting armor smiths? Or is there like a new armor smith guy.

Go to any major city and there is a new NPC called the Black Lion Armor Trader near the Trading Post. Just talk to him and he will convert your costume items to gear skins or tonics.

Its a good idea to take all your characters to speak to him. The unlock is items from each individual character to go into the account wide wardrobe or to make tonics. If you have the horns on character A and only visit the NPC on character B, it won’t unlock.

So I know for a fact I had my riding broom on my necro and I when I went to the armor smith they did not give it back to me. I have tried all my other characters and I have not yet gotten my broom back. How do I get my broom back?

For Toys, you should receive a consumable. It won’t show up in the Outfits part of the Wardrobe. Some people have reported having to speak to the BL Trader a few times before the Toy item unlocked, and showed up in their inventory. Also, make sure you speak to the correct Armorsmith. He will always be located next to the Trading Post in your city of choice.
