Why is it that after approximately 7 months, an overwhelming amount of stat combinations for backpieces are STILL missing? Additionally, why did Arenanet decide to implement stat combos as rings and accessories but downright FAIL to add them as backpieces to either the Fractal Merchant or the mystic forge recipes? Where is the promised “play the way you want to play” philosophy when we are downright gimping ourselves by playing other specs not supported by gear options? This has huge ramifications for fractal players especially as they are missing a potential +10 to Agony Resistance. You are DENYING your players access to content. Arenanet, you are STILL missing ascended backpiece stats with the following nomenclatures:

Knight’s
Rampager
Cleric
Magi’s
Celestial
Explorer
Apothecary (not including the one time Scerlite Karka Shell)
Carrion

Honestly, I expect the other stat combos will come EVENTUALLY just not soon. It isn’t really that big of a deal right now since the backpiece by itself doesn’t really incur much of a stat loss.

Also Valkyrie and Emerald (the Knight variant with primary Prec that was introduced for all other ascended gear).

There are several other prefixes missing (like Shaman, Sentinel and Settler), but these are either rare or restricted in general.

I don’t think it’s a big deal. Those few stat points don’t “deny” content.

Back pieces carry the lowest amount of stats for all equipment. It’s so low on the priolist …

These may be “low on the priority list”, but at the same time adding them should be an extremely easy thing to do. I just don’t believe they they couldn’t have found 30 mins of their time (and i am being generous here) in the half a year that has passed to implement that.

Why don’t they just give you blank items that accept stat inscriptions so you can make your own stat combination with 1 primary and 2 secondary or 1 celestial inscription that takes all 3 slots. Would make those ascended vendor lists a lot shorter…
