Where is my reward?

I have closed the game and came back into it twice as well as numerous character changes.

I am in the EU server and the majority of my guild among many others have already acquired their WvW spring tournament reward chest.

No you don’t. Already have my EU chest.

Yes, EU has gotten their chests. NA will get theirs after reset tonight.

If you did not get your chest, talk to support. We cannot help you.

Edit: The vendor to spend the tickets will be available 6/3, as per the twitch stream just a few min ago.

It’s not about NA, my friend(from same server) got his reward chest while I still don’t have one.

Uh ya, this is a support ticket kind of thing. What do you expect we can do for you? ANet support has been great for me so far. I’m sure they’ll be able to assist. Also, I’m in PST time zone in NA and I know server reset is not until 5:00 p.m. my time. Have you hit reset time yet where you are?

Have you tried changing zones? I didn’t get mine right away when I logged in, but when I went into a new zone the pop-up chest appeared in the corner.

Alternatively I don’t know how true this is but a few people in-game told me that whenever lots of people are being awarded items at the same time like this they have to do it in batches to avoid crashing one or more parts of the system, so not everyone will get the reward at the same time (and this is why the merchant doesn’t appear till later, so everyone gets the actual reward together).
