I can recommend of create or change for the Engineer an Skill Elite with only a Turret but mobile with follow the player and shot the moobs targeted? 4 weels and all end
in Overcharge skill it explode and apply torment in area (torment is the only condition not appliable by the engineers).

Yup, this is the only thing that is acceptable to me, of course I think it would be more similar to the Charr tank but you get the idea! Also the underwater version would be the Sub.
