Guild Wars 2

This question is more towards the devs, it is a legal issue question. Have we got the right to create a youtube channel dedicated to our guild, post videos of our activities, and monetize it ? (I know we won’t get much out of it, but it could help maintain the website for example)

Ive seen a ton of youtube channels doing exactly what you are asking. GW2 loves the publicity. So im pretty sure you can. But perhaps a dev will chime in and let you know for sure.

I doubt the developers are trained to be able to field legal questions. You’d have better luck asking a lawyer. But if you have to ask, chances are you’ve already given up the right to do it in your own mind, anyway. : P
